The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed. How: All to great quality standards, polite and skilled workers, very well managed with clear plan & timings and at competitive pricing. Solution-oriented team. Result: House has been greatly enhanced and got its kerb appeal back. Would highly recommend!

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Chris replaced our balustrades and bannisters with glass and a wooden handrail and posts. He was very knowledgeable and professional and very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend.

Trevor literally swept in and saved the day. I advertised the small job but he took over where our previous builders abandoned us. He did all the joining work for our extension including boxing in and doors as well as fitting in our kitchen and setting up different parts of our utility room and downstairs toilet. We couldn't be happier and more grateful to Trevor. He was punctual, communicated well, worked full days and for a fair price.

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone who wants any jobs doing. We will be using Mark for future work when we get round to it again. Thanks again.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. Aaron booked the job in and clearly advised the price. On the day he arrived a few minutes early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. Price exactly as quoted. Jozsef did a first class job, we are very pleased, he arrived on time did a brilliant job dispite many problems he just got on with it, he cleaned up after fitting new taps and left the place looking great, I would definitely recommend him.
