Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

Steve gave us a price and did the work well and quickly despite the poor weather.Our roof is water tight ! He also said if there were any further leaks he would return and resolve them. He also did further work which was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He was most helpful in his advice on all aspects of roof maintenance and other issues we had in our home. Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done.
