Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

Steve just fitted our carpet in 4 bedrooms and stairs last week, we are highly satified with his job and definitely will use him again and recommend him to anyone need carpet fitting. Steve is a very decent, friendly, and efficient person, and does everything at a very high stabdard. He gave us a very resonable price, which including everything: remove the old carpet, install the new ones, chop the door to make it fit, and discard all the old carpets and underlays... very very pleased with his service!

Dan worked long days to get the job finished on time and was always courteous and friendly. He was excellent value for money and provided all receipts for materials that he had bought. The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. He completed a number of fiddly jobs with no fuss and left the house tidy at the end of each days work. We would recommend Dan for good value and workmanship on any bathroom refurbishment.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Steve gave us a price and did the work well and quickly despite the poor weather.Our roof is water tight ! He also said if there were any further leaks he would return and resolve them. He also did further work which was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He was most helpful in his advice on all aspects of roof maintenance and other issues we had in our home. We used jps plastering (James) to have our refurb property's artex walls prepared & skimmed over. James did an amazing job, the finished walls are faultless and look amazing now they're dry and painted. James was well priced, very polite, arrived on time everyday, worked hard all day, and he even cleaned up before leaving. We will certainly be using James again on our next property refurb.
