I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Lewis did an excellent job with my lawn! He was punctual, professional, and really thorough with the grass cutting. The edges were neat, the lawn looks tidy, and he left everything clean afterwards. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be using his service again and highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for reliable lawn care.

I had my carpets and vinyl flooring done by Bash. Such an incredible and reliable guy. From the beginning he was very easy to deal with - no up-selling, no fuss, just straightforward communication. He offered me the most decent price and the quality of his work was really good. Everything was exactly how I wanted. Phil has built and installed a palisade fence for me over the past week. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. He's worked through some wild weather to get the job done, and even built and attached a new garden gate from the unused wood, at no extra cost. Phil is completely reliable and trustworthy, and provides an excellent all-round, value for money service.

Really easy to work with, James was extremely helpful and has done a fantastic job with our bathroom refurbishment. We will be using him for further work in the future and would highly recommend him. Arrived promptly to give a quote. Replacing an elderly boiler threw up a few problems but he used his knowledge and experience to solve these. Arrived on time each day and carried out the work efficiently. Clean and tidy worker. Took great care to ensure the central heating system was working satisfactorily before he left.
