The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

This company agreed to do the job I advertised but cancelled on the day they were supposed to start and a new day was arranged (today) nobody has shown up and they are not answering their phone. Terry asked to come and view the job, to rejuvenate an old flower bed, despite a detailed description and multiple photos. I spoke to my elderly (87yo) tenant and they were happy for him to come and take a look if he found it himself (via an open communal lawn) so I provided a Google Maps link with the location pinned. Terry then repeatedly knocked on her rear door until the tenant felt they had to answer it. He then asked if she had any £ in the house. I have spoken to him and he denies it.
