John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Your website didn't offer all the tradesmen who contacted me. I ended up with Stephen Cornell of Heat Logic Ltd. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.

I did not get the Boiler replaced in the end as I was able to get my current one repaired. However, if I had gone ahead with replacing it, I would have instructed Harprit to replace it. His quote was the most competitive and also he sounded really professional when we spoke, answering all of my questions and being very helpful and transparent in terms of his pricing structure. Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals. I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Simon was absolutely fantastic. Not only was his quality of work fantastic, he was the best price by a country mile. Really friendly, personable and was constantly cleaning up after himself as to not make a mess. He delivered exactly what he said he would in the time promised, and when it was all said and done the final charge came in under his quote. I would recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing services at all. Thank you for an amazing service.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
