Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Very disappointed, my elderly mother who he did the work for has been ill with the worry

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Hired Boiler Beat Ltd via MyBuilder on a £300 quote to replace a full zone valve. On arrival, only the actuator head was changed (20 mins work) yet I was charged 2/3 of the cost. The actuator was left unscrewed with missing parts, wiring insulation was cut, and the valve operation remains unresolved. My messages since have been ignored. I will now need another engineer to complete the work and will be reporting the matter to Gas Safe.

This company was amazing. The job was tricky but they kept at it finally restoring heating where others couldn’t They had to raise carpets flooring and floorboards but everything was put back perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I sadly have to give a poor review for this company. They came to check the job and promised to quote within 48 hours but the quote never came. I messaged multiple times chasing but after a couple of replies the communication stopped. Really disappointing as the guy that came round was very professional and polite.
