Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

He's a middle man; does not do any work; got others to do it like a plumber, then a tiler the next day; slow work made worse when someone messed up or did not show up. Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done.
