Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

As well as being a gas safe engineer, I possess a range of skills to work safely and effectively with gas appliances. I am professionally trained and qualified to install, maintain and repair gas appliances and systems. Regulatory compliance - as a gas safe engineer, I adhere to Gas Safe Register regulations to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements. These skills collectively enable me to carry out work professionally and safely, ensuring the smooth functioning of gas appliances while prioritising safety for both myself and my clients. I withhold a full Gas Safe qualification as well as City and Guilds (level 1, 2 and 3) qualifications in plumbing. I also have a g3 unvented hot water cylinder qualification.
