Patrick & Alfie did an excellent job. After the initial approach, we increased the requirement and the quote revised. As a result they replaced the boiler and fitted a new combi and uprated the heating system accordingly. Also replaced shower in en-suite. They arrived on time, worked solidly all day, completed the job, and cleared up everything. Wonderful job, thoroughly recommend this firm.

This company sent 2 engineers named Aftab and Sharif to service my 2 classic fires. They were courteous, fast and efficient and very knowledgeable regarding the work. Beware of this guy. He is dodgy. He contacted me to fix my boiler and never mentioned any cost. After visit he demanded £70 from me. However, I eventually gave him £20 and he promised to send me a quote for the job which never happened. After more than a week later I called him to ask about the quote and he claimed he has been trying to send it but it was not going so he believed I blocked him. When confronted him with the fact that I sent him a reminder about the quote he got angry and hanged the phone

Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. James turned up quickly and serviced my boiler, but he identified a seized pump and damaged filter. He said he would get a price to replace them. I've heard nothing from him since.
Kevin called and said that he would be over first thing, and true to his word, he did. He was very polite and professional and dealt with the problem with minimal fuss. Value for money was great, and I would definitely recommend his services, and use him again.
