Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. Ryan phoned me the morning after posting job. We organised a time in the afternoon for him to do the job that evening. Ryan turned up on time, and the job was carried quickly and cleanly. Price was cheaper than other quotes from more local plumbers, and Ryan was polite and friendly. Great job done at a great price. Will be saving his number for any future jobs that may be required.
We are a small construction company based in South Manchester. We offer a number of services including; refurbishments, extensions, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, plastering and tiling. All our contractors are independently registered for gas-safe plumbing and NICEIC registered electrical work.

Came out on a Saturday to give quote with in 20 mins of telephoning me! fitted new boiler on next working day! Fantastic work would highly recommend!!
Although not the cheapest quote and he didn't do plastering to repair the channeling he did, he was professional, did exactly what I requested, installed the lights and switches for isolation purposes and it took about 3 hours or so. He was unable to turn up for the original appointment, a job he had took longer than expected, but he came two days later. Make sure you know a plasterer if your job needs channeling doing in your walls.
Fitted the cooker - no problems.
T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.
