Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. Guy came and after trying to change part told me I need new toilet. Went ahead and new unit fitted next day. Asked my wife for another £30 to take away old toilet, we said no, so he dumped (forgive pun) old toilet very close to front door. Left mess behind and exposed pipe in wall.
