My initial post on rated people was for a handyman to repair a wooden gate. Ben responded very quickly to the posting and on his review of the gate we agreed that repair was not feasible and the solution was to install a new gate. Ben worked hard to build and install a replica of the old gate and I am happy with the end result. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Kyle Cummings came to repair our flat roof. What we thought was a successful repair, which we paid £500 for 1-1½hours work, 6 weeks with little rain, first heavy rain, bedroom ceiling still leaking. Kyle came on 7th June, he said it was new leak from chimney, flashing causing rain to run down a joist, £400 paid. No cat ladder used, his mate fell down the roof onto the flat roof, damaging it on the way down, leak 10 times worse. They knew they had damaged it. Making lots of excuses not to return. Don't trust
