It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Response was quick. I paid £1200 which was rather expensive for a flat roof over bedroom. The leak returned after a week. Following several messages to repair as I was assured it was guaranteed. They did not return, I am now paying another company again. This has led to further damage given the weather.
