Hi I’m Paul I set up KAL Building Solutions Ltd after successfully working as site manager working on refurbishments for some of the biggest names including Brewdog, Revolution Bars and Ask Italian to name a few where timescales were tight but always kept to budget and time. Prior to this I worked on the domestic sector ranging from refurbishments to structural works. We have invested a lot in quality tools which makes our job easier and helps to do the job more effectively.
Paul was great from start to finish, happy to offer advice when needed and when we added additional work during the original job, he was very accommodating. He saved us when we were let down by other trades and stepped up when needed to help keep our refurb on track. I have been in the trades for over 10 years and have extensive knowledge on many areas ranging from roofing down to groundworks. Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown
