Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Posted job yesterday evening after seeing 2 holes in the back of the roof, lots, of light coming through. Had call from LC Roofing very soon after post, made no arrangement but this am Jonathan phoned. He and his mate were up on the roof about lunchtime. They fixed the slates, checked roof, found another 2 loose slates. Found loose down pipe which we can sort easily. Roof is 97 years old. Knowledgeable, pleasant guys in very good shape to handle and get up ladder. Would contact again. Happy with price.
Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.
