James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. Very good service, was waiting for me to get home, explained what he was doing gave me the old parts to dispose of. All in all very happy with service and would recommend to friends.
We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
