There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Ben is fast, helpful, positive, strong and he communicates really well. I had a rather complex removal (a lot of small bits of furniture which needed some creative spacial thinking to fit into small storage space). Ben spent an evening and a day with me. And really helped with everything. I asked him for a lot of tips on what to keep and what to throw away and came up with good solutions.
