In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.

The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. Andy is a really nice guy, great communication, he popped round for a look and did the job on the spot as it was quick & easy. A little pricey given how quick it was! But very convenient to have it sorted so rapidly and I’d definitely hire Andy again.

Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

BDS did a brilliant job, and responded quickly after I put out job. . Currys men (2) said that they were unable to remove washing machine without taking up work surface. This I refused, One person from BDS easily took out old machine and installed new machine connecting it to both electrics and water supply. Job cost just £4 more than Currys had charged. Man was courteous, mindful of my property I can not recommend BDS highly enough.
