Complete bathroom refurbishment and we couldn't have imagined a better end product. These lads work very hard, they're professional & reliable. Came and quoted for the job quickly and provided a very competitive quote. Once I'd accepted the quote the job was started within a week, and completed in three days. Some paint had gone onto the glass on a couple of windows which i hadn't noticed until the weekend, but a quick phone call and it was cleaned up the following day. Went beyond the job by tidying up a spot of masony paint that looked dirty next to my spanking new paint. Overall chuffed with the job and would recommend

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Arranged a date for a quote to be given and they failed to show up. Less than half an hour after I reposted the job they emailed me to see if they could quote me for the same job they had failed to show up for. Sorry guys, you let me down once, you don't get a second chance.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Daniel had a difficult job trying to paint our ceilings white(4 off) because of the different existing colours but he kept coming back to recoat them until we were both happy. He is a grand lad, very cheerful and helpful.
