I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We are a family owned bathroom and kitchen refurbishment company, and do undertake all building works. No job too small no job too large. All quotations free of charge.
En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.
Very prompt to complete job.
Very reasonable priced. Fitted 2 doors well, only reason for 4* is that I had to clean up the front room (although he did clean mess in kitchen, so could have been a genuine over sight) and also fill in the holes in framework with filler myself where latches were adjusted. Overall would use again as doors were fitted well

I would recommend to anyone who asks about Darren, everything from the initial contact through to the work and all the finishing touches and extra little things that he did for my dad in sorting out unexpected items or things throughout the job.
"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
I am a soul trading kitchen fitter with over 20 years experience. I also cover all the plumbing, electrics and wall and floor tiling involved. So you can expect a first class service, without having to have different trades people to do one job.
I would not hesitate to recommend Justin. My garden was left in a dreadful mess by a previous 'trade-person' and it was an unfinished job. Justin has worked incredibly hard and now my garden is neat, tidy and ready to be planted. I'm over the moon with what Justin has done and can't rate his work highly enough. Thank you again, Justin. I'll see you in August for the kitchen makeover :)
