Mal was professional from start to finish. He was prompt, attentive and thorough. Like any job, there were a few snags but these were overcome and worked through alongside our requirements. A real pleasure to have in our home and lovely to have peace of mind as the kitchen refurb progressed. Kept us informed every step of the way on the project. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
