I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Malc did really good job in my "new" old house. I was very impressed with his high quality work. A great job very well done, in the fitting of laminate flooring to our hallway and downstairs cloakroom, even removing, adjusting and refitting all of the sanitary ware. A slight underestimation in the time required to carry out the work and the materials required, resulting in a last minute change of work schedules to accommodate the work being finished the following day. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and quality of the job and will certainly look to use on another project when funds allow.
We are a small family company. We are multi-trade and will undertake work from replacing tap washers to complete kitchen/bathroom installations. We have liability insurance and can provide written and photographic evidence of our quality of work.
Very happy with Gary's helpfulness and attential to detail. He really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly and looked good afterwards (re-grouting the floor to match the toilet, replacing pipes elsewhere in the bathroom he found to be unsuitable, etc.)
