I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. did the job well re shower tray that was leaking. iwas let down by a coupie of other traders , but JozsefBUILDER AND TILING came out said they could do the job quoted me avery reasonable price, .fixed the leaking shower tray and were very efficient and polite would definetly reccomend them and would hire them again

Terry is a gem of a trader, he came to the rescue after another tradesmen took the money and only to find out cut corners and didn't insulate all the room on. Terry you can trust and leave him to get on with his job, not cutting any corners and will keep you posted and show you the progress, he even went out of his way to get me a new door, handles, locks and other materials, should me the actual invoice and got me trade prices. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

I had recently purchased a new kitchen which I was installing myself but needed someone to install the worktops. Ryan was extremely helpful in helping me ensure that everything was ready for the worktops. He was very careful in setting out the worktops which were installed to a very high standard. He made sure that everything was cleaned up as he went, leaving me with more tips and helpful advice for finishing the whole project.
