I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.
Mr. Wilkins did not meet previous standards. I have countless texts apologising for letting me down. Mr Wilkins was unprofessional (his words), he was unreliable and could not project manage. Ensuite took 8 weeks to finally complete. Bathroom took even longer. Mr Wilkins paid for bathroom, but did not come back to finish off, despite numerous calls. So he took money for work he did not complete and I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. Can do quality work, but rate him as poor because he took money.
We are a family owned bathroom and kitchen refurbishment company, and do undertake all building works. No job too small no job too large. All quotations free of charge.
En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.

Did the job as agreed for the price agreed. All looks good so far. I found them to be helpful, gave good advice, did the job promptly and the workmanship looks excellent to me. Would definitely use again.
Very reasonable priced. Fitted 2 doors well, only reason for 4* is that I had to clean up the front room (although he did clean mess in kitchen, so could have been a genuine over sight) and also fill in the holes in framework with filler myself where latches were adjusted. Overall would use again as doors were fitted well

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
I am a soul trading kitchen fitter with over 20 years experience. I also cover all the plumbing, electrics and wall and floor tiling involved. So you can expect a first class service, without having to have different trades people to do one job.
I would not hesitate to recommend Justin. My garden was left in a dreadful mess by a previous 'trade-person' and it was an unfinished job. Justin has worked incredibly hard and now my garden is neat, tidy and ready to be planted. I'm over the moon with what Justin has done and can't rate his work highly enough. Thank you again, Justin.
