HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.

Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

This is the first time I've open posted a job and wasn't sure what to expect. The response from Kyle was quick, the price was good and the timelime to have the work done was great (within a few days of speaking to him) The work was carried out by two people who were very respectful of the home, they worked quickly and were constantlt cleaning behind them. I'm very happy withthe work and would reccomend.
The service we provide, full maintenances for domestic and commercial/ we fix and resolving any damage or faults. we wire and socket, and change or replace any fuse board and also fix any type of lighting , full wiring first fix and second fix, and electrical faulty.

No job too small
I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

This was further evidenced throughout the time the work was being carried out.
