The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Daniel did an amazing job turfing our garden. Organised all the materials and turned up when he said he would. Very competitive price and would happily recommend him. Thank you Daniel! We love our new garden.

Brian did a good job fixing my drive. Despite the heat they battled on and got it finished. I would hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone 1st class job.

Miller Property Maintenance did a great job. The communication was good - they arrived as they said they would. They worked hard, did a great job and were lovely guys. Will use for any future jobs, fully recommend.

Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

Brian came around and applied a quality herbicide weedkiller to some problem areas at my property. He was punctual friendly, informative and cost effective . I would have no hesitation in recommending this gentleman for any such like works you may need done.

From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. David, Lewis & Anthony worked hard and left everything tidy and all rubbish was collected the next day. Would definitely recommend. No payment was required until job completed to our satisfaction. We’ve since had two neighbours ask for their contact details. ??????????

Brian & Shaun did a excellent job in our bathroom, Very friendly professional & helpful from start to finish on the refurbishment of our bathroom. I am so happy they advised about repositioning toilet & moving basin it looks really great now. They done a brilliant job and paid attention to all details superbly.
