I have been working as a locksmith for quite a number of years. I pride myself in the quality of work I achieve. NCFE accredited, fully insured and DBS/CRB Police checked. I work with local authorities, police, coastgurd, insurance companies, estate agents, Fylde council and my favourite the general public.I have also done my bit for charities ie North West AirAmbulance and Fylde Food Bank. I gain non destructive entry, usually picking locks, fix broken doors and windows. From simple adjustment, alignment issues to replacing full faulty mech I cover all types of locksmith work. Supplying BRITISH Standard locks to satisfy the stringent quality checks insisted on by insurance companies and recommended by police. I also board up broken windows and doors, after accident or burglary or vandal damage, securing properties to a high standard. Intruder alarms are a great deterrent, I also fit these. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return. I liked Mr Harris ,his manner and he came across as someone you cold trust.

In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.
