I contacted Raymond re problem with facia missing. He replied promptly and came out to see the job and quoted best price. I initially gave him the job but i had decorators in at the time who persuaded me to get them to replace wood and paint it and gutters . I felt bad as he was going to come over to do job asap, everyone else was 2 to 3 weeks but he couldn't have been nicer when i said he wasnt needed and was glad the job was getting done. Good business manners in my mind.

Brackets for the window were badly broken and window was stuck fully open . Had a phonecall within 10 mins of posting and had someone out a few hours later .Absolutely incredible service . Quick and nowhere near as expensive as I had thought it would be. The person who came was lovely and got it sorted as quickly as possible.. Would recommend to anyone and absolutely use again .
