PT is a hassle free, professional builder to work with who turns up when they say they will and gets on with the work. People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
