George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. The job started off really well. Dean and Ash were conscientious, tidy, friendly and looked to be doing a great job. Sadly towards the end of the job it all seemed a little rushed. They were supposed to be coming back to sand down the skirting boards properly and repaint them they never did, and now several months on the wallpaper is starting to come off in the living room and bedroom. I'm really disappointed and have now ran out of money to have these thing corrected.
