Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. Mr Watson responded quickly, professionally and courtesously to all our enquiries and questions. He always arrived punctually and worked quickly and quietly - and completed the job exactly as he described. His workmanship seems to be of a very high standard and whilst here he spotted a couple of minor defects in our system which he rectified without fuss. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
