1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. I have 8 years experience in wood flooring and decoration. I have great customer service and deal with every situation in a professional manner.
They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.

Kieran was super fast, really efficient and just generally a joy to work with. He's prob one of the most meticulous and organised workers I've seen. He (and his colleagues) worked quietly as we were working from home, understood what needed to be done quickly and finished pretty much the whole flat in 3 days and some change.
