I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Overall the work done was great but a few minor things left me with a bad feeling about the overall job. Having to chase up things like light fittings being put back upside down, internal fan not being refitted, the wrong light switch being changed and a broken floor tile. Although these were addressed and corrected the floor tile was never fixed. Although I sent a number of messages these were eventually ignored in the end, as I had already paid for the work. Disappointing!
