Tom, arrived on the time and on the date agreed and provided a first class service rebuilding our dry stone wall as i had major concerns the wall was about to collapse on to our vehicle. The quotation was fair price for all the hard work that tom put in to making sure the project was completed to a very high standard. A gentleman came out to check the door frame and i went with a different company. I offered to pay any expenses incurred and he is charging me £200 for his time and visit. Rather expensive just to get a quotation . I would suggest that you do not ask this company to even quote for you

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
