I was looking for someone to make a couple of bespoke cupboards for our office and I found Aaron via Rated People. I can thoroughly recommend him and his work. He is totally trustworthy and his standard of work is excellent everyone within the office including visitors to the meeting room have commented how fabulous the units look, he is a real craftsman. finally, he is totally reliable for keeping to a time. We will be using him again.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Thank you so much to Jamie and his team. Not only did they replace the roofing felt on the shed roof but they also extended the garden path and repaired some uneven paving and redid the grouting . They were all very polite and so helpful.

I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. All in all, highly recommended, we would not hesitate to contact the guys again for further work.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Paul did a fantastic job of painting our front room. The room needed a considerable amount of "making good" before painting (sanding down the wood, filling the wood and plaster) and he spent his time making sure this was done well. The painting was then top quality, and it included delicately painting our ornate cornice. We have since asked Paul to do further decorating for us, including putting up a picture rail, skirting board, fixing wooden floor boards and more painting. He is excellent at his job, careful, professional and reliable. I have already recommended him to friends and would recommend him to anyone looking on this site. He ticks all the boxes of quality, value and reliability.

Excellent construction and gardening company. The whole team had exceptional multiple skills and worked fast. The trees were expertly pruned and shaped, the undergrowth cleared and waste removed, paving and fences were power washed, a new bench/box set up, new flowers planted and finally an electrician fitted new outdoor plugs and a light. Everything was completed and cleaned up within 48 hours. A brilliant job and we will commission further work - fully recommended without reservation.

I’ve just had my one bedroom Annex plastered skimmed. I cannot speak highly enough for the good work and the hard work that he put in. It was excellent, especially from a person like myself but I’ve worked in the building industry for the last 45 years. he done an excellent job and tidied up after he finished very good I would say actually top job.
