A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. All in all, great value for money. My mum was very happy with the work ethic and outcome. If she’s happy so I was very happy. We’ll definitely be calling them back in at a later date.

You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. Tom talked a good job, but failed to deliver. Plasterboards he erected had to be taken down and replaced as socket holes far to big. Not enough timber framework between joints. Little to no cleaning after working. Tools still left behind months after finishing. There's more but no space to write it on here.... Still waiting for receipts and house key! Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed!
