Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. I would wholly recommend Ash to anyone needing a flexible, polite and reliable generalist builder. really nice guy. he did a spot on job on knocking through my kitchen which ended up quite complicated in terms of building regs. he was happy to adjust timescales when i wasn't quite ready and lined up all the other trades to complete the work within timescale. always smiling and considerate. and happy in his work!

After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Chris and Mike and would not hesitate to use again.

Tony quoted for installing an old cast iron fireplace in our front room. What I liked was that after looking at the job, he said he would go away and work out the price (which was great value) - Others that quoted would give a price there on the spot which made me feel like they were 'plucking a figure out of the air' or trying their luck! Tony & Bob did a fantastic job which looks great. They were very tidy, polite, punctual and got the job done within the time quoted. Would definitely recommend to anyone

J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. Jason and his team are the kind of people you like to do business with, honest and upfront, accommodating and skilled. Would definitely recommend.

James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again
