I recently had my patio paved by Jake and the team at Only Builds Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and attentive to detail. They treated my property with great care, were patient with all my requests, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to a high standard. The site was left spotless, and the finished patio looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Jake and Only Builds Limited.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! I had been let down by a local tradesman. I entered some details on here & received a response from Lukas within 5 mins Lukas arrived promptly & provided a quote which I had no hesitation in accepting Lukas offered advice on which materials to use and I was really impressed by Lukas. This gentleman met me on site a few minutes early, looked at the job and got on with the plastering in a clean,pleasant, professional manner. Having observed his competence on the initial job, I did not hesitate to offer him further work which he also completed. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly contact Steve again when the two shower rooms are ready for tiling. His pricing is competitive and offers good value for money. On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

Martin has done a fantastic job of boarding my living room ceiling and skimming the whole room. A nice bloke who can communicate and show up when he says. A great job well done and to my timescale. I would recommend him to anyone. I hear he is doing some work at my neighbours soon after them seeing what he has done to my living room!
