After getting a reasonable quote for the work, Mr Rankine was then able to start the work at a time which suited my husband and myself. The work was done to a high standard, which was plastering three walls in a bedroom. Am very pleased with the end result, the walls now look brilliant, lovely smooth finish and ready for painting. If I needed any more plastering work done in the future I would definitely use Mr Rankine again.

Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. He has done a brilliant job and transformed what was a old crumbling patio into an amazing raised decking which is safe for the kids and will be great for sitting out. I can't recommend Andy enough. Cannot praise enough. only reason for giving 4 stars on reliability was the last minute change in appointment - it didnt inconvenience me at all - and he came next day. I will definitely be calling on them again for any future jobs. 1st class!!

Andy was quick to get in touch after my ad was placed. After a brief chat about what the job involved Andy was quick to point out that my proposed budget was too high and that he would do the work for a fair bit less. I was immediately impressed. He arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. I work in the building trade myself and his finishing is top notch. Very nice, friendly guy too and will definitely be using his services again.

Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution.
