I cover both indoor and outdoor aspects of Plasteirng and have been on the trade for around 7 years roughly. Whenever I take on a job I do my absolutely best to be neat and tidy as I know how important is is to yourself the customer. Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship.
