I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Joe's friendly, responsive and did a first-rate job of making good the (somewhat fiddly) housing around a new Velux window. He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship.
