Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

Despite significant issues with the suppliers of the showere tray and units, damaged products and other issues, Doug worked his magic and created a beautiful job. Terrible experience. The guttering installation was substandard—uneven, leaking badly, and incomplete. Despite a second visit, the "repairs" did not hold. Additionally, the lack of site etiquette with neighbors reporting offensive language throughout the day. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for competent or respectful tradespeople. Tried to get in touch to see if they wanted to try another repair but ignored. Wish I could upload pics...

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
