Parsa and the team were quick to discuss the job and come to do the work. However, there was miscommunication between Parsa and the team member doing the job (eg height of tiles). Furthermore, the reason for the one star review is that the job was poorly executed. Backing board was not used for part of the work, and was not fixed elsewhere. Within three days, edge tiles came off and bowing of countertop tiles was visible. Parsa did not reply to follow up communication. Paid another tiler to redo the job.

Jason came to assess the job, gave me a quotation which I accepted and he came with his brother two days later and completed the job within the day.He also replaced a couple of tiles which we could see had slipped on the roof. Jon gave the best price compared to many other tradespeople. His work was also of sufficient quality although we had some major leaks due to bad seals. He came outside of work hours and fixed the issue for us. Removing one star because he cracked and broke some tiles and he couldn't fit the replacement tiles.

Nico suggested just getting it cleaned and treated for now while I decided. The result was amazing!! It looks like a brand new driveway. Highly recommend Nico, nothing was too much trouble to explain or give a demonstration. Ended up not only getting the new gate and fence, driveway cleaned, treated, sanded and sealed but also the back garden treated and cleaned. Fabulous work!

Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind.
