Jake and his team excelled in upgrading and replacing our old garden steps. Jake was patient and helped us choose suitable gravel for our flower beds. The team transformed our garden beautifully. The team showed great patience, and no task was too difficult; their focus was entirely on the customer. Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Dale has done a quality job of our natural stone paving....both the preparation and finishing were high quality. Dale's approach to the work is open, honest and flexible (we changed a couple of things late on...and this was no problem). Already asked Dale to quote for other works....we can't recommend dale highly enough!!
