He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.
