Adrian did an amazing job rendering my house which had terrible pebble dash all around.  The house has now been completely transformed with an absolute perfect monocouche render finish, which is why I would highly recommend him for his brilliant rendering talent. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Excellent plasterer and renovator. Years of experience in all aspects of building works. Confident and competent to transform any property. Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. Dimitar has done a brilliant job. He is a well organised, highly skilled craftsman who takes care about his work. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality. He checked all the details with us from the handle positions to the way the doors open. He had good innovative solutions to two difficult issues. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Dimitar!
