I was able to appoint Marcel & Krys to take on our job that was to relay a number of loose paving slabs with a complete regrouting of the patio. They were completely professional from the start, ensured that I understood what the work entailed and worked extremely hard and competently. I accepted what I thought was a fair price for the job. They provided me with a suitable date and a detailed written description as to what needed to be done.. They were a charming team and I would recommend them to others.

The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.
