Told me what would be done to repair and make good the botch job of spindles and railings on my decking (obviously done by someone else!). He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. We asked for quotes to build a very old, rotting pagoda. Matthew came on the same day the job was posted and gave us a really reasonable quote. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
