Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. I was expecting to have to buy a new tap and pay for labour but James fixed my existing tap problems as well as also looking at a separate issue. All for no charge at all. Pleasant enough, but had the job completed in 5 minutes, using a peice of waterproof tape. He charged £160 for the job, which I thought was a bit excessive. I could have done it myself for the price of a roll of tape. Fortunately, the problem has been solved, which I was grateful for.
